Orthopedic Centers of Colorado - Hand Surgery Associates - Englewood

I had an appointment scheduled for tomorrow 12/06/2023 which I scheduled a week ago. I got the message to sign in, I signed in and then got a text message that my appointment was cancelled. I called them to see what was going on, the young man that answered said I couldn't go there anymore. I asked "Why?" he said his boss said I couldn't come there because I had "10 prior cancellations", which is not true. I asked to speak with his boss, and was put on hold for 20 minutes then hung up on. It is very hard to make an appointment with Dr. Britton who I had seen before, 3 years ago and once prior to that because he works 1 day a week for 4 hrs or so. I was only going to go there because I was a prior patient. It took them a solid week to decide I was not worthy to go there. I already have made an appointment for tomorrow, with a company that is more professional. I did remark that Hand Surgery Associates are discriminatory. Just letting others know. I have an injury that needs treated, and have been denied for a reason with no merit. Shame on you. So everyone who complains gets a form letter. How impersonal can you be. I am scheduled for surgery same day I was supposed to have an appointment with you. Before I got banned. This is pathetic how you treat your patients. Don't waste your time sending me another form letter. You would think you would want patients, guess not.

The doctor was cool and nice but her staff is incompetent. They make you spend thousands of dollars to hear nothing is wrong. They reschedule you without asking, make you wait outrageous amounts of time, and have POOR customer services. I would avoid this office at all costs if I were you because they will take all of your money and not help you at all.

I would like to thank the doctor and nurses who tended to me during and after my surgery. They made me comfortable and confident in the process of a successful surgery. Many thanks to all the staff, for addressing concerns and questions I had about this type of procedure. I appreciate your professionalism and dedication to helping patients like myself.

Once I made it to your office everything was 5 stars! The problem was getting an appointment. Went online requested an appointment, received email saying my request was received and I would be contacted within 2 days. After 6 days with no reply I started a multiple direct effort to get an appointment with no luck. Only after I selected the "nurse" option from my choices did I finally get a response and an appointment. Alot of work for just an appointment.
